The Ladybug Warranty:
The new lady of a house recently completed gave the builder a panicky call: there are bugs in my kitchen you must come now!
The builder immediately responded and gently removed the offenders. We are awaiting a testimonial from the Queen of Ladybugs for her subjects gentle treatment.
