Both in 2005 and 2006 the MLS listing activity in Windham was at its lowest in December with 12 homes listed in 2005 and 13 in December of 2006. After the cold months of January and February, the number of properties entering the market increased in early spring and reached its first peak by May. In March, April and May of 2005 a total of 126 properties were listed compared to 125 in 2006.
