In 2008 there were 10 homes pended in January, 3 in February and 14 in March, an average of 9 homes / month going under contract in Windham NH. In 2009 the first two months of the year produced a total of 10 homes pending, one more than the monthly average a year ago.

At this rate of 5 homes sales per month it would take 23 months to sell the current inventory of 116 active listings in Windham NH. Hope for an early spring that may unfreeze the credit markets!
